The healthier your teeth and gums are, the less often you will have to see a dentist. As such, if you want less frequent dental checkups, you may want to step up your oral hygiene routine. Do not forget to brush your teeth twice every day and floss once a day. Consider using an electric toothbrush. Eat tooth-friendly foods, such as cheese, milk, carrots, yogurt, and apples, and limit your intake of sugary snacks.
